台灣網路青年論壇(Taiwan Youth Internet Forum, YiForum@tw)是由台灣網路講堂(Taiwan School on Internet Governance, TWSIG)支持,台灣網路青年自主發起之網路治理論壇,由此建立台灣與亞太網路治理論壇(Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum, APrlGF)、網路青年治理論壇(Youth Governance Forum, yIGF)等國際相關網路青年治理論壇或組織之連結與合作,以共同提升亞太地區青年對網路治理議題的關注與瞭解,鼓勵對網路議題深入討論。
為了讓更多關心網路治理的台灣青年、學生能獲得參與網路青年治理論壇的機會,YiForum@tw與yIGF合作舉辦「網路青年治理論壇在地工作坊」yIGF Local Hub。參與的台灣青年將與來自亞太地區的青年領袖、青年倡議代表及青年治理論壇代表進行為期2天的yIGF線上國際交流,經由即時互動學習、意見交換,共同探討當前國際最熱門的青年網路治理議題。

「網路青年治理論壇在地工作坊」yIGF Local Hub

時間:111年9月10日(星期六)至9月11日(星期日)

【課程對象】
課程對象為目前就讀台灣各大學或研究所以上各國籍之學生、曾設籍台灣目前就讀國外各大學或研究所之學生、目前於台灣任職或在台灣從事研究之青年專業人士(以上符合其一條件且年齡介於18-35歲即可)。
【活動人數及報名方式】
1.預計招收10名學員,曾參與台灣網路青年論壇者優先,其餘依報名先後順序錄取,額滿為止。
2.請至活動網站https://twsig.tw 進行報名。
3.報名自即日起至2022年9月6日截止報名。
【課程進行方式】
yIGF 2022為實體與線上同步進行,活動期間yIGF Local Hub將以ZOOM連線yIGF活動現場同步參與課程,並於會場設置麥克風及投影布幕,提供本地參與者與yIGF活動現場進行即時雙向的視訊溝通與互動。

【重要日程】
1.During the event
Attend all yIGF & APrIGF sessions
- Both remote and in-person participants must attend all sessions at yIGF 2022 (10th and 11th September) and APrIGF 2022 (12th to 14th September) to become eligible to obtain an e-certificate by the end of the program.
Contribute to the APrIGF 2022 Synthesis Document
- All remote and in-person participants must contribute at least one comment on the APrIGF Synthesis Document at https://comment.aprigf.asia based on the discussion we had in the two-day event of yIGF 2022.
Youth statement & presentation
- All remote and in-person participants must contribute to the preparation process of the youth statement and the presentation in the two-day event of yIGF 2022.
- This includes preparation of viewpoints, PowerPoint slides, relevant materials, and the presentation at the yIGF 2022.
Daily briefings & debriefings with mentors
- The 30-minute daily briefings & debriefings will be held for both remote and in-person participants during APrIGF 2022 from the 12th and 14th of September to enhance your experience at the conference.
- Remote participants will receive the details and calendar invitations with the participation links on Google Meet from the mentors and/or facilitators later when the schedule is finalized.
2.After the event
Publish your reflection on social media
- Publish a reflection about your experiences at yIGF 2022 and APrIGF 2022 on your social media with at least 200 words by 25th September 2022 (Sun.)
- The reflection can be posted on your personal account on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
